Keeping Your Power: Advocacy in Action Workshop
Keeping Your Power: Advocacy in Action Workshop with Traci Weafer
The Keeping Your Power®: Advocacy in Action workshop is a workshop for doulas and labor and delivery nurses to dive deeper into their advocacy identity and gain birthroom advocacy skills. This commitment will reduce trauma during labor and birth by keeping the person giving birth in the decision making process and keep their power while in a vulnerable place.
Join others who are making the same commitment to learn about themselves to be the best advocates in the birth room!
About Traci Weafer
From Traci: For over 23 years I have mentored birth workers including L&D nurses, midwives, OBs, and doulas. My main goal is to shine a light on their potential, worth, and power. This can help to create joy while working a hard job and build confidence that overflows into their patients and clients. I’ve seen the strong ripple effect coaching guidance can have.
