Grow Group:
A group for the “fourth trimester!”
The village that’s supposed to come with the baby!
Part community building, part professional support, this group is a six-week series to help you navigate the “fourth trimester” and everything that comes with it!
Next cohort starts Wednesday, January 7th!
Make new parent friends, talk about everything baby, and ask all your questions in a group facilitated by a postpartum doula, but designed by you!
At the first session, we'll get to know each other and determine the focus of each of the next meetings.
This six-week group meets on Wednesday mornings, 9:30am-11:00am, at Illuminated Birth & Company in Acton.
The first session will be an “ask me anything” session to raise questions from the group and determine the focus of each of the following weeks. Topics could be things like…
feeding
sleep
healing from birth
adjusting to parenting
changes in relationships
getting out and about with baby
first milestones
…and more!
No topic is taboo and we’re all about helping you find the support you need. In previous groups, other support professionals, like pelvic floor physical therapists, have been invited in as guest speakers!
