Pregnancy Circle

Glow Group

Our Pregnancy Support Circle is a welcoming place for pregnant people to connect, share, and feel held in community.

We meet every second and fourth Sunday at 10:30am, after Prenatal Yoga at Revolution Community Yoga (right next door)!

Each session begins with a moment to connect with our breath and babies, followed by open conversation on topics like:

  • Building a support network for pregnancy, birth & postpartum

  • Thoughtfully creating your registry

  • Rituals to honor pregnancy & bond with baby

  • Navigating identity shifts & the transition into motherhood

  • Preparing for postpartum healing

Led by Amelia Damplo of Tender Nurtured Mother, this group offers intentional space to ground yourself and prepare for the journey toward birth and new parenthood.

To foster community, tickets to this group are sold in blocks of four, with the hopes that you will join us for at least four sessions.

Our goal is that when you feel supported in pregnancy, you feel empowered to create a deeply honored and celebrated transition into motherhood. All stages of pregnancy are welcome to join!

Group Facilitator:

Amelia Damplo of Tender Nurtured Mother

Amelia is a perinatal yoga teacher, Ayurvedic postpartum doula, and mother of two. Her work recognizes the unique needs of mothers as they navigate the new terrain of their inner and outer worlds. Amelia’s yoga classes hold supportive space for deep unfolding along the path of parenthood, offering students the opportunity to feel held, seen, and heard. Her postpartum care is informed by Ayurveda, honoring the sacred window after birth with nourishing foods, grounding breathwork, and an attunement to each mother’s individual needs. She helps families create space for rest and provides practices to nurture the tender transition from birth into new parenthood. Learn more about Amelia at her website: https://tendernurturedmother.com/
